No, you just have to right-click the configuration file, go to properties, Compatibility, and check the box and select Windows 2000. Then you can open the config menu and adjust the controls.
This game was great, too bad it was poorly balanced. Akatsuki and Adler can rush down anyone.

Yeah...I have this game on my comp. But none of the keys seem to do anything. Is it only for an arcade stick?
