try putting an 900 ohm resistor between pin 2 and 3 of the injection pump (don't worry abot the spark plug light go on) and a 39-47 ohm resistor between the pins 1-2 of the turbo pressure sensor (watch if you havee the 2 or 4 pin pressure sensor-i don't remember what pins are on the 4 pin type sensor) and redo the test... you will see that you gain 15 hp and the rev's go up to 5000 lineary without the slowenig that you have over 3900rpm...
