Case and point, few years ago my friend was holding a parking spot for me. Another car stole the spot and hit my friend. Cops showed up, said we had to disperse, that we couldn't hold a spot. We said we wanted to lodge our complaint as is our right, cops turned around and left as we yelled at them to lodge a complaint.
