I was unfortunate enough to live there for 4 years. In Skye and Aviemore. It's full of English settlers and inbred cross eyed highlanders still waiting the return of the true king-so yes I have lived there and I am so glad I dont any more

also, this scene is the start of the movie, their tracking some scottish thugs who stoll some cattle off the scottish "lordship" guy, rob roy says "how long" and the ginger nut says a day maybe 2 and the younger guy thinks they wont be able to catch them but rob says they will and they do

basically Rob Roy (Leeam neeson) is a scottish clan leader / farmer sorta guy and he dosnt have what it takes to make it through another scottish winter so he goes to this english royalty guy and borrows 1000 pounds but it gets stolen by the english guys assistant sorta dude, the english guy knows this but dosnt like roy so he gets the other english fella and his redcoats and fucks roys life up but roy escapes him numerous times and eventually kills him.
