I really enjoyed listening to this! As a fan of old vinyl recordings, the clicks were easily tuned out and your performance alone was heard. However, I do support the vote for a rerecording! This amazing interpretation of a great song is worthy of it!
Also, the tap to reach the higher note, brilliant! No doubt necessary, but brilliant nonetheless!
My ONLY nitpick, slow it down jusst a tad to match the tempo, and most importantly, the mood of the original.
Man Ive been trying learn this from your vid, and I got a fair amount of it, but some trouble spots. But regardless, amazing job man. This is your own arrangement right? Great job either way =]
So many videos here with slaping and poping and fast as hell blowing there wad.And here is the best Bass video on the whole site.Just a serene calm player and his Bass.
oh, i figured it out its when the tigers broke free, and its not even on the album:'( and wish you were here isn't on the album "the wall" but thank you,
Nice idea and nicely put on practice, which must have asked a lot of work. If you love this part of Floyd's work, I have a recent version of mine in my videos; considering the feeling you give to the song, I think you might like it. 5*
Nevermind all the comments about the guitar, that was an astounding version of a beautiful song. You can have the best instrument in the world but without talent and a love of music, it won't matter. Nicely played.
Not familiar with this song, but great tone. I was thinking of getting a '75 reissue. Price went up $400.00? I have seen them from $1499 to $1799. How much is a good deal. Anyone?
No shit man. I was referring to a comment someone else left on another video. That person said Fender raised the price by $400.00. I simply stated: I have seen them currently priced from $1499 to $1799. I have no idea what they used to cost when they first started making the 1975 reissue, whenever that was. Do you understand what I mean? They could have been priced $1099 originally or maybe some retailers are selling them at the old price of $1499. That was what I was trying to find out.
Nice cover... We did a Musical which was a mix of "The Wall" and "Wicked"... I play drums but you can only see me on the video from "Outside The Wall" where I'm not playing... I played percussion in the 1st act and drums in the 2nd and the other guy opposite... The clips are from a Musical trip we were on with the actors, choir and so on and rehearsed for two days... We worked on the Musical since September/October 2007 and just performed it at the school last week... Please send a comment...
i was wanting to know if that is a 75 jb and if it is did the vintage tailcover holes come predrilled i ordered one and dont want the chrome covers or hole
but does it come with the covers in a box ?i ordered one yesterday.(cool!i cant wait)it is three weeks back ordered and the freaking price went up $400 january 1st just my luck lol.thanks alot for the message back i asked everyone even the fender company and they couldnt tell me any thing
Nice work. I wish I had hands as big as yours!! I've got a '75 reissue Jazz but mine's only a Japanese version about 10 years old now. Put your pick guard back on :)
Shame about the static on the vid but it was a nice piece.

Depends if it is made in japan or in usa. In Usa is better, of course. It must be the "American" Vintage series.
