There is no earthly reason that anyone with half a brain cannot look at a resume and determine whether or not someone has the skills/experience someone needs to fill a position...its nothing more than a personality assessment. What does answering questions have to do with how well I'm able to actually do a job? So I can answer a question...doesnt mean I know how to sweep a floor or wash a window.

The "selection" process is too subjective to have any real credibility. They should focus on more substantive things like grades, ambition, experience, ability...things that matter and truly indicate how well someone would work, not how "well someone fits in."
