Okay, I'm sick of this stupid freefall claim. It's obviously untrue. Why? Easy. Falling debris from the collapse hit the floor WAY before the rest of the collapsing floors even made it half way. When the first debris hit, the tower was still halfway intact. This is proof of resistance and NOT freefall speed.

It took more than 12 seconds for tower 2 to fall, and around 20 seconds for tower 1 to fall. However, in freefall, they would have each taken 9.3 seconds to collapse.

NO FREEFALL.

Whoever took the time to make this absurd video should have thought about the time the building was on fire BEFORE it came down. How can so many "supposed" dynamite charges, not blow upon impact or with the fire? Why and how in the world did they last for almost an hour before the collapse before blowing up? @Asylumwillgetyou What i'm pointing here is that a building doesn't collapse like that if it's not a controlled demolition. Have you ever seen buildins collapse by an earthquake? They don't fall like this, they crack and become unstable or fall to one side but as a whole. I don't know who did it or why, and if you wanna know you may ask first the ones who didn't tell the truth.

Preplanned damage control through demolition charge.. There was no conspiracy. It was necessary on the WTC and it’s just as necessary on other terrorist target buildings. There will never be an official public announcement as people would be fearful of working in pre charged buildings. Skyscrapers that fall without controlled demolition devastate many surrounding structures similar to a domino effect. This was a perfectly executed damage control operation in the midst of a terrorist attack.

They survived the jet impacts, the jet fuel was already burned off and the resultant office fires were petering out. There was no reason to blow them up, especially with people still in them. And that also doesn't explain WTC 7 or how vehemently the MSM has apposed any notion that the official story might not be correct. Still a conspiracy.

Also, back in the 50s there was a similar situation in NY. A large plane crashed into the empire state building (you can search the net for it) and it didn't collapse even though the empire state is built up on concrete (weaker than steel)

i've studied architecture, me and my colleagues watched the WTC fall on TV, and we all were surprised: steel frame is not that easy to collapse and by no means it collapses due to a plane crash (wind force is even more powerful than a plane crash), we all agreed that it was a controlled demolition because of the way it falled down. We also didn't believe the theory of molten steel columns and beams because steel is always covered by a fireproof painting since the 19th century.

@MrRaymondscott Thank you! I think you are the first person that I have ever seen to mention the level of over-engineering that is required of buildings to account for wind sheer. In my home town everything has to be built to withstand winds of over 60mph. Chicago, The Windy City, is higher then that. If you have ever stood in the top observation deck of the Sears Tower on a windy day you would get a good idea of the construction required.

Back in 1979 there was a fire at the Hotel Corona de Aragon in Spain. That building was erected in steelframe, with concrete decks on every floor; the fire burned the whole building and guess what parts of it stood up? all steel frame remained intact...

@MrRaymondscott Exactly. The existence of massive fires inside the building is an assumption. Something had to bring the buildings down and jet fuel from a jetliner and the resultant fires are a convenient answer for most people. The fact is there is absolutely no evidence of the large, raging, 1800f infernos that would have been required to bring down the building. Lots of smoke does not mean a large hot fire and lots of fire is exactly what we do not see.

@1844Freddy im not an expert on controlled demolition, but i know for sure that you can first start weakening the building with single explosive charges e.g. in the basement or very thick steal beams to bring it down smoother. if you set off all explosions at once (escpecially in civil demolition), the wave of detonation might damage surrounding buildings. this means - it is possible to split the demolition into sequences, you dont have to detonate them all at once. it was controlled demolition

My personal bottom line is that the destruction of the towers looks "almost, but not quite, entirely unlike" CD. No, seriously, guys, let's get our story straight.

The one that looks TOTALLY like a CD is WTC7. As for the twins, they didn't so much IMplode and come down in a pile as they EXploded outwards, from the top down. Only the core columns ended up in the footprint, whereas all the rest was essentially shattered and sent flying into neighboring buildings and all over Manhattan. Go figure.

It is not very conclusive to present the destructions of WTC1 and WTC2 as "typical" CDs. If you do, people will forget that CDs take many forms, depending on the specifics of the building and of its surroundings; the common goal being to take the building down while generating possibly little dust and debris, so that the collateral damage is minimal. In the case of the towers, the process was much more violent and spectacular, and VERY different from "regular" CD, apart from a few key elements.

well that is not entirely accurate. Controlled Demolition experts do have techniques into controlling the sound, CD's do not always have to be loud as hell they can be really quiet, it just depends how the charges are set and what types they use i.e (Thermate or Dynamite Charges)
