I've always felt the Elvis and Quentin connection. The second still of him against the red sofa is my favorite. What a fine-looking rascal he was. Every now and then, his southern drawl would come out and it thrilled me to no end. David Selby really shone as Quentin Collins. I was so glad when he was able to grow his own sideburns and no longer had to use spirit gum to hold those chops in place. This is and marvelous look at a fascinating character. (The haunted house ain't bad, either.)
@ThymeBottle Do you remember the instances when the southern drawl came out? I have some Dark Shadows DVD's and I would like to know. Yes I agree with you I liked it when we saw David's real sideburns. To me he and Elvis looked a lot a like at this time period from 1968-1971. I you look at Elvis' picture during these years you will see what I am talking about.

I saw Quentin the werewolf drinking a Pina Colada at The Blue Whale, and his hair was perfect!
