You get eevee from bebe in hearthome city she will be in the house right from the pokemon center I recommend saving before going to her house because you will want a female eevee if you want all eevelutions By mating your female eevee with another you can have as many eevees you want and all it's forms hopes this makes sense

@BlindAgression Make all of them level 60, at least. The Champion, Cynthia, has a level 62 Garchomp, and if worst comes to worst, you're going to have to use that Gallade, which...er...well, Garchomp will OHKO it.

@BlindAgression Garchomp will sweep. Level up your Weavile to at least level 50 and get Gallade and Gyrados to level 45 at least. If you do this, your team will sweep the Elite Four with ease. This team COULD beat the Elite 4, but it would be quite hard.

@4GamesEternal You actually should replace your Togetic or Starapator to Fighting or Grass type. That would help you greatly in Elite Four. And you should evolve your pokemon to level 55-60. That also would be very helpful. And if you replace your Starapator, then you should use Shiny Stone to Togetic to evolve it to Togekiss.

@4GamesEternal I wouldnt go with Empoleon IMO. If your main purpose is to use him against Flint, then you'll get out sped and OHKO every time. I personally would replace Empoleon with Lapras or Vaporeon. Lapras can take a hit if you focus on the EV's for a few levels and Vaporeon is always a safe choice. Good luck.

Turtwig is good, but I recommend a Piplup, because you WILL be going against rock types early, and the rock types are VERY WEAK against water. Almost any water move will one hit kill any rock type.
