Niceeeee Chandler dude! I bought a red one for Lil' Eddie, made to Joe Bonamassa's Chandler's specs! Oh yeah and it sounds just as awesome as yours!!! You're going places Steve and I'm proud to say, "Hey, I KNOW that guy!" BAd Kitty
@1990EAM This is played in Open E - It is a very nice rendition of the Feelin' Bad Blues version, Joe Bonamassa played in the Guitar Center Sessions, watch?v=lRHC-plTxz8 ,
Bonamassa talks about the tune and plays this short part at about 2 min. into the clip.
The original is played and composed by Ry Cooder for the Movie "Crossroads" and it is played in Open D tuning: v=JIwYGZlBw9Y
I think the distortion does work as it's nicely balanced and just on the edge of feeding back which adds to the sound...nicely controlled too with the volume.
Man good sound def right about not playin it the same sounds nothing like Ry Cooder ,,but if you doin the slides with an Lectraslide get off the distortion man it would sound way better clean.
Thank you. Awesome sound and a very cool guitar. I'm grinnin ear to ear cause you are half my age with twice my skills! I'll be watching and listening!
Hey guys, i can't tell you how much I like your music - covers and originals. I had given up on bands under 40 until now. Email me at Dan4456@aol.com and communicate.
Brilliant man :) What guitar is that... lectraslide or something? You sould check out skynyrd's four walls of raiford... a certain piece in here could come directly from that song.
Have to be honest .. didn want to accept your friend req ... but when i saw this in uploads i had no doubts anymore ... Very goood ... Blues all the way ....
excellent - love the sound you get
