  • I bought a HHO kit online and it works on my 06 eclispe Gt I was getting about 18mpg and now I am getting about 26 mpg. Go for it guys this isn't a scam...

  • only idiot and ignorant think its a scam because they lack logic :P

  • 8 or 10 % better fuel economy? If I am not mistaken isn't ethanol all about reducing gasoline use 10% ? In my mind this is a lot better answer than ethanol if it is the equivalent, if I am mistaken please explain what I didn't understand.

  • hahaha let me guess, your next idea will be the time machine. which is actually a gravity bong with a pound of premo hash?

  • ha ha ahhh, she already is a time machine, hash no, Da kine yes

  • @contentlocked99 sounds like a plan maaaaan

  • Great video have you checked out hhobid(dotcom) yet?

  • i got no improvment. help! i installed it on my 96 turbo diesel pajero.

  • i don't think it will work in a diesel engine

  • it should but this thing will work better on long run with steady rpm, unless you have a cells that is linked to your throttle producing more when your rpm is higher

  • you got the first part right, you don't think.

  • Did you override the O2 sensors

  • 8 percent means you're saving thousands per year if you drive an hour a day...I'd love to get 8 percent!

  • 170ml/minute doesn't seem like much .

  • hoekf you are correct. the closer the better since the gas doesn't mix with ambient air as much, but actually the closer to the eng. head; next to the valves the better. only prob is that, that close might cause the engine to knock and pinge or backfire on you. and some adjustment to the engine's fuel management may be needed. thats my theory

  • Helo Mr. Salty

if you look at the relationship between amps, heat & spacing you will find the answer to your problem.

  • alittle water in the engine its still good its still good!

  • fabricate a 'dryer' same as a bubbler only packed with course steelwool instead of water

  • the steelwool would trap some of the condensation?

  • Yep, that is how other builders do it they use the course pads one would use to wash the dishes and pans. Gas will go pass through those easily but water vapor or drops would have a harder time. Still you would want to keep the distance from your cell to the engine as short as possible anyway becuase H and O will reform back to water quickly....

  • hoekf. hydrogen gas and oxygen gas is not the same as water vapor.

it takes energy to bring them back toghether.

  • Thank you coquivagabundo, I was aware of that. As far as I'm aware H and O will recombine spontaneaously. The time it takes I do not know. In general I hear from people who tried it's better to get the production as close as possible to the intake. If I am incorrect, I'm sorry but at least it couldn't do any damage.

  • I'm just a noob but I watched vids like this and also one of a guy talking about an engine powered with Hydrogen. He was saying something about the timing of the spark plugs being different because of the HHO. Maybe this is why you did not achieve a more efficient millage.

  • Only need to adjust timing once you start to develop a spark knock from preignition, so far not a problem

  • How did you connect the tube to the engine?Like ZFF with a venturi setup?

    Great stuff btw

  • view my other vids and you'll see how and where I put the injection point

  • So glad to see you're still at it..

Is this still your design with the bigger gaps between the plates? Maybe your making more O than H? If only there was an easy way to check..

Even 8 percent is something to be proud of..

BTW..Water will only hurt the engine if it gets into the crank (not unless you let it sit like that long enough to rust the cylinders) Race cars have water injection systems, for nox etc.. No worries

  • More o than H ?? brings up an interesting point, does the H bubble off the negative plates and the O off the + plates?, lighting the bubbles still produces plenty of bang, no diff as far as I can tell.

  • In a typical electrolysis exp. you have two electrodes in water with test tubes over them (separating them) and yes "O" fills the TT with the Pos Electrode and "H" the neg.. maybe an explosion test would do it. as in how far a rocket travels with the same quantity of HHO gas.. JohnAarons uses 2/3rds neg plates other people use more Pos plates.. w?o a gas test we're all just guessing

  • different amount of pos & neg plates = different stoichiometric ratio which MIGHT give a better bang for the amount of gas being used in the engine(ignited for that matter).

  • nice try, for each 2 H 's separated there will be an O. No way around it, no matter how many negative plates you use,

  • True but h will be removed by neg electrode and O will be by the + so you can separate the hydrogen in a separate container but its not worth it with system like this since Hydrogen will be recombined with air once it leaves the container anyways.

  • give it a try and put a lighter at the output.... watch out to not blow yourself up, that'll prove you that if it does recombine then it is really slow! then you might try to collect some HH + O and leave it there and see if it produce any water or water vapor

  • I run a 26 plate Smack gen 1 booster with a 1.6 lpm output at 20 amps hot. I have gone form 19 mpg to 26 city 32 highway. I removed it over the winter and what ever happened inside the engine i am now at 24.7 mpg . I am redoing some connections and adding 2 more plates and will be running it again soon.

  • Good Job,keep it up.
