My mom (and later mysister) had an effective tactic in dealing with tantrum-throwing kids. At the first sign of a tantrum fit, they would leave the room, telling them they won't have any of that. They get the message that it won't do them any good. None of us...and none of her kids throw tantrums as far as my mom (and we all) remember
my child does the same phony cry, i can't help but laugh when he does that, aren't they just the cutest when they do that hahahahahahahahahahahahaha :)

Believe me, I've been there. And haven't we all at some point? Ugh, those terrible twos. However, they're not permanent. That's a relief.
