He said sure and I have his Warsteiner in my china cabinet, like it is a family heirloom or something.

Absolutely one of the very best Scorpions songs. The structure is excellent with three main phrases and an excellent solo. Few metal songs achieve a structure this successful (A National Acrobat and Megalomania by Black Sabbath are two).

I have had the thrill of meeting the Scorps three times! The best was in 2003- we not only went backstage but were allowed (for 10 minutes) into the band's main dressing room, which is hardly ever allowed. As the band was leaving for the tour bus, Matthias was toting his luggage plus trying to handle his almost empty beer. I offered to take it off his hands for a wonderful souvenir. He said sure and I have his Warsteiner in my china cabinet, like it is a family heirloom or something.

Absolutely one of the very best Scorpions songs. The structure is excellent with three main phrases and an excellent solo. Few metal songs achieve a structure this successful (A National Acrobat and Megalomania by Black Sabbath are two).

Wow, you named my favorite Sabbath song of all time (Megalo.). Is that song something or what....my daughter is getting my husband that 8-CD classic Sabbath collection from a few years ago for Xmas and all I know is I am taking most of them, haha. To keep on topic, this song by the Scorps is as always one of their best which is saying alot.
