Listened to this tune the other day, precisely, while watching the stars. Such an exquisite, amazing, vertiginous, ethereal piece. A magic mix of tecnique and mindblowingness, with a pretty remarkable bassline. This is, actually, one of my favourite songs, I'm so glad you uploaded it.

Couldn't agree with you more! One of my favourite PT songs as well.  The composition is nothing short of brilliant! Love the buildup until delivery the "truth" at 3:45 when they let rip with some of the finest guitar I've ever had the priviledge of listening to! What follows is indeed a mind blowing journey! For me, Staircase Infinities is indeed an amazing collection of distinct soulful music that takes some of the PF classics more than a few steps forward ! Cheers! :)
