Interesting video. I was wonderiing how I might take the clothing of a live actor, and match it to a puppet. This helps point the way. (I think the term is "match move" where at a key point a 'live' actor is substituted for the puppet before the latter does something physically impossible for the human counterpart.)

Great tutorial! You really made it easy and I am thankful for it, especially the tip about pacity maps. I can see I was doing them the hard way all these years! :X What actions did you use from renderosity? I tried going there and ended up lost.
