@0nDeck i know you can but your suppose to palm roll when there babies so you can mold them iinto a round shape because they get outta shape and thick. but when your dreads are that long and are that mature they wont get any thicker so id only do the roots

@modeindustries i dont know , everybody uses different techniques . i never palmed rolled when they were babies and they still formed into a round shape . I palm roll now while they are mature cause it's easier .

or you could comb out a thicker loc near the thin one and then braid it around the thin one. It'll loc back up quickly and there will be no issues of having a two-headed dragon or thread. Also you get to see how long ur hair has gotten within the 3 years. Make sure to use a fine tooth comb, water, and a buttload of conditioner. =]

U can loop that thin loc through the loc that is next to it as if you are interlocking and allow it grow down and then snip the weaker loc off after the two have married to make one stronger loc:)

Sister you are beautiful and your hair is gorgeous! Those locs are "you"!!! You can combine your thinning loc with one that next to you. I've done 2 of mine like that. I two strand twist all the way to the end and use the same thread used for sewing in weave (because it's thicker and easy to find). I tied it in several places down the lock and cut it out after a few months once it's combined. Bless

For a thinning lock: combine it with a lock next to it. twist it/sew it together or just start twisting them together and have a double headed snake.

To cure that thinning problem, just take the thin loc and the nearest thick loc that you have and interlock it together or when you retwist it, twist the new growth from the thin loc with the thicker and just let them work their magic :) I had a few like that in the back and had to combine them so they wouldn't fall off. Saves them every time :]

Yep, combining is your best bet! You can YT a bunch of vids to see how it's done, and your loc shall be saved lol. Oh, and that darker color makes you look more vibrant. I loved the red (I'm very partial to red myself), but the darker shade makes you pop. And YAAASSSS to you for playing my jam at the end. (A.D.D. comment at it's best).

i swear everytime you get on here, your hair has grown so much!!! i can't believe it. the new color is nice but i also loved the red :) about ur thinning loc, i would give it a break by not retwisting it for a while, like just do the rest but leave that alone. if it does not get better, you can combine it with another one. i've had the same issue so just a little suggestion. i loved the vid and i'm happy to see you. now that i've had my dose of ondeck, i think i'll be ok for a while lol!!!!

Wow back to black! Awesome! Thinning, combine it with a near by loc. What I do is I unlock it using water and a pointy end. Once the hair is lose I braid it or twisted to a close by lock and bam! or you can simply interlock the roots and just let it 'grow legs' which is what I do when I don't have time to pluck it lose.
