I'm with you on the seafood. I am from Houston where we eat a lot of the same foods like they eat in Louisiana. So I will never give up my seafood. Great video. I'm like you, at 195-200 lbs I wear a 12. So I pay no attention what the charts say I'm suppose to weight. When you get to a good weight for you, you will know it.
