@TheDamaramu Its the same as hsi normal mystic arte...its Savage Wolf Fury but there is a way to extend it to make it longer when used on an enemy but when fighting Duke in his 2nd form, if u use Savage Wolf Fury, then Yuri will go up and do that final attack which causes an instant KO against Duke but only in his 2nd form

Higher levels of Over Limit enhance Burst Artes.

The Over Limit gauge has to be Lv. 3

Preform an Arcane Arte or a Intermediate/Expert level spell, and hold the attack button after it's executed.

To get the Over Limit gauge to Lv. 3, you need to get the frost & flame stones.

You can get them from killing flame bats in the daytime and frost bats in the night time in the Sands of Kogorth.

After, go to an item shop and you should be able to synch it if you have the Over limit Lv. 2.

The gameplay is much more addictive but the story is just not as interesting as symphonia.

Yup, that only happens if you use Yuri's mystic arte and it kills Duke. It won't work if he's still alive after you use it.

It's Duke's 2nd and 3rd form. Just use Yuri's Mystic Arte when Duke's HP is low enough that the Arte will kill him. You'll get it then.
