  • Since I'm doing research on this anyway...

    1. Depends, and can vary wildly based on how hard the person runs, what their BMR is, etc.

    2. No, stretches are not normally used to increase jump height unless the athlete is excessively tight, and this causes a reduction in hip flexibility.

    3. Marginally. Deteriorated eyesight is usually not reversible just by eating carrots. It's possible that a lifetime of having carrots inclusive in your diet may prevent some eye problems later in life.
