@FUSSYMUAYTHAI The instructor trains and fights in Thailand. He's teaching the art, so this is part of the art, so he will teach it whether or not they allow it in the ring.
Is this Daddis fight camp in cherry hill? I was just there a few days ago. They really need to consider monthly contracts. Its pretty much why I didnt sign up. That and their kind of expensive. But being locked in a contract for more than a month is really what kept me from signing away.
@cvrivcharles I know they have one in Cherry Hill, but they also have one in Philadelphia. I'm now over an hour and a half away from them, but now that I've completed some endeavors, I'm going to try to go back to them. It's worth the 1 1/2 hour drive as they are the real thing. If you want the real thing, they give that to you. The places near my home are a joke in comparison. It's tough to find a place that teaches you the real stuff w/real pros.
@WingThaiJ - So both gyms look the same? Interesting. Well,... I would love to go. I would also love to compete. Right now im wating to go back to school. This is why I cant sign up now. The road ahead in uncertain. I cant sign anything more than a month at a time because 119 - 150(for mma) is a lot to pay out each month when you cant even attend:( That only for 4 hours of training a week too:( I can do 4 hours at the gym a day now.
@WingThaiJ - sO I would haev to tack on the extra 15 a month for the unlimited classes so I could train as much as I want. Thats all very expensive. But again,... my biggest beef is actually the contracts. I would need to be able to cut out if I absolutely had too. Thanks:)
Kru Rigel also does Muay Borone (spelling?), the root of Muay Thai - The guy often lives in Thailand and trains there; he speaks the language, etc.. and has won a sh*t load of fights
Kru Balsamico won championships in Thai Land and he lives there for several months at a time to train. So it's obvious you don't know what you are talking about.
@youneveri you prove to me that everyone has an opinion just like they all have assholes. LOL! Kru Balsamico trains and has been living on and off in Thalland for most of his life. Also, if you can watch him instruct and make such comments, it is clear that you probably aren't well versed in Muay Thai youself. It should be rather obvious he knows what he's doing! If you don't recognize this, then I'd wonder what school you must have trained at.
lowering the hands from the top tof the head to the neck area allows for one to throw the opponents around, holding the head is for control and delivering the knees. It's not really that difficult to move your hands a few inches to suit what you want to do.
I'm not the instructor. It appears that his hand grip allows him to be thrown around just as he maintains the grip. It does appear that the occiput is being handled though. Right now Rigel is in Thailand for several months. He's been going there & visiting in Thailand for numerous years!
Because you don't want to pull the head down, you want to unbalance your opponant, if you'd pull his head down then try to move him he'll get out more easily
why are there such poo fighters at the inter school- smoker fights .
neck wrestling is nonexistant out side of thailand in the lower divisions of fighters.
22357 views of this extreamly useful clench throw .
how many have actually tried to lean this excellent move ?
neck fighting is stagnant and going nowhere so shameful

@cvrivcharles I have no financial connection with the schools; all I know is that if you are serious about MMA, they are the place to go.

Do you recommend the double plum, or gable grip with the thumb in, or normal gable. I've been shown all of those and would just like your opinion.
