As it is not obvious at a glance what is wrong and would take longer to diagnose and repair, requiring more man hours and a replacement part.

At the rate other vehicles pass me on the local interstates I suspect plenty of revenue could be made without bothering people that are restricting their speed to the posted limit. The state I live in doesn't have radar cameras, but prohibits devices to detect the state police's radar units.

Why bother with either? I've got a better way: DON'T SPEED!!!! If you get caught putting destroying or damaging the camera you won't get arrested for vandalism, which is minor, you'll destroying government property, a felony. If you use a post it note you'll probably be charged obstruction

@Danger173 watch some reports on this photo radar stuff. they used to have it in england untill parlament out lawed it. they show video of a semi moving towards a photo radar unit and the unit is radaring the semi doing -11. the system doesnt work and it mis reads constently and you get ticketed and the judge figures cuz its a computer it cant be wrong and you still have to pay the ticket. its all a scam.

The Sticker is visible from the distance and easy to remove. I would use gloss.varnish in spray. It sticks for good, blurs the picture and is not seen easily.

The cities lower yellow light times to catch more people running red lights.

This act alone shows you that they do NOT truly care about safety. It has been proven time and time again that the longer the yellow times the less accidents an intersection has.

99% of red light runners do it by accident. You have a vested interest of NOT dying this is why people don't run red lights.

Yes. In SoCal we have them at stop lights. The cameras are near court houses and police stations. Notice I say near. No cameras on the same corner of those two locations but position about 2 blocks away. Now ain't that about a bitch.
