Johnny Gentle or Darren Young as he was known at a later date, was actually John Askew and not John Kingstree. He was born in Liverpool and had no hotel in Scotland!!!!
Born in Scotland lived on Hampshire. Played in league darts with my husband in 1990-93 bought a hotel back in Scotland. Real name John kingstree great guy great voice. :) spent many nights on my couch after a night of liquid gold lol great times
