I have a problem. I downloaded, unpacked and instaled the game. I'we mounted the game in used yasu and nothing happens. When i double clik the launcher the hourglass apears for 2-3 seconds and nothing happens.

You need to find all the car dealers...then the motorcycle dealers become available...at least on Xbox. I would have thought it's the same. Motorbikes are available on all platforms.
