@TiffW1979 If the list is classified then they cannot talk about it openly which I'm pretty sure it is. If you're gonna assassinate someone you can't give them the heads up beforehand. Its the same deal as those "random" people who make the no-fly list at airports. These people are detained for no apparent reason and they're not permitted to know how they end up on the no fly list or get off of it because such details are classified.

@toddw14 Well then, if it is classified then how come everyone seems to know about this? If it can't be talked about then it shouldn't be on the news. I believe this is a fake stunt by the republicans because the republicans in the past have done A LOT of dirty tricks to achieve their goals and this happens just right before election of new senators where they predict the economy is about to boom? Republicans and coincidence don't go together, more like scam.

@TiffW1979 The no-fly list isn't classified b/c the media reports on it. How the govt goes about putting people on it is however. When the underwear bomber was caught last december congress had closed session hearings where they discussed that information as to the methods used to put someone on the no-fly list.
