  • OMG BBQ SHIT1

  • He didn't even land! Why it say's 'difficult landing'? He did a Go-around...

  • Nossa esse piloto cagou nas calsas

  • @MrTubetraveller either it landed..or....well, use your imagination, XD

  • wow so what happened at the end did they touchdown or not They missed that i think

  • @razanet16 He flew back around i think by the look and sound of it.

  • brown underpants all round then

  • gosh - nice flying anyway :)

  • they r lucky, it was an airbus but not boeing

  • i would be shiting bricks if i were in that plane and pissing waterfalls

  • the cabin will be quiet while I cry as hard as shit

  • Crosswinds, wind shear, and low air pressure. This was a good example of a smart pilot attempting a go- around.

  • Viel zu Spät durchgestartet ! Pilotenfehler !

  • Good move on the pilots behalf.

  • Sphincter puckering

  • that is a great example of being FUCKED

  • that must be scary for the passengers inside.. And the pilots !!!

  • pretty scary

  • The pressures of commercial aviation....If you choose not to fly in a storm, you fly into another one in the office. Commercial pilots cant win, no matter what they do.

  • truEEe

  • lol i haven't commented in 8 months on this video. thanks whoever gave me the thumbs up (-:

  • Very scary indeed!

  • wow

  • id be like shit, shit, shit

  • Of course it is dangerous..

  • no it isnt

  • it is! ..One mistake can cost a life..

  • is that dangerous??

  • haha...woah!

A321's are kinda difficult for me,not really hard, but on the first time it is.

  • what airline do you fly for?

  • sie haten keien chance den flugzeug zu landen

  • oh,yeah,sorry,it was an a321.

But i think that a saw a video, with an a320 of Tap,in the same day of this video and same airp. It was another ''version'' but with the a320.

  • There is a similar video of an A320 from a different viewpoint. But that is in Hamburg (Germany) in 2008 Feb, while this happened in Lisboa (Portugal) in 2002.

Or maybe there is a different video of this?

  • That is in Lisboa LPPT . It was a Lufthansa A320 in Hamburg. This is n't a A320 LH

  • wasn't that an a320??

  • no that's an Airbus 321, which is a longer, extended version of the Airbus 320. The two planes are almost identical in appearance except the Airbus 321 has a much longer fusalage and slightly longer wings, enabeling it to carry more passengers and cargo but other than those no other differences

  • That´s nice idea to push to/ga

    the noise is incredible!!

  • must take a lot of skill to control the plane in those conditions, love the noise from the engines

  • holy i think that was an abort abort abort!!! craaaaaaaazy crossssss wiiiiiiiiiiiind

  • holy cross wind batman!

  • That wasn't a landing. It was crosswind. The crosswind made it difficult to land to they had to abort landing!

  • Remind me to never fly on that airline again! :P

  • It was crosswinds, it's not easy to land in crosswinds

  • Very bad crosswinds at that

  • That was not a landing it was a go around!

  • LOL!!---"STRICTLY COME DANCING"--for aircraft--it almost looked happy!

Having said that, though, bet the passengers weren't exactly dancing in the aisles---probably more likely to be having the --fox-trots,-LOL!!

    K xxx

  • LMFAO K XXX

  • Love the last part when he gives it all the trust

  • why did u write LANDING... it wasn't a landing!!!!

  • Ya but it was an attepted landing that failed!!!!

    FUCK ON THAT!

  • its called a heavy crosswind you tit. and if you go too far over the runway you cant really pull it back, hence why they power up and go back round

  • Worst thing though is something also called Pilot-induced oscillation (PIO), he was trying to over control you can tell the second he stops natural stability returns. At least he did go around I suppose haha.

  • Looks like me landing my 321 in FSX

  • LOL

  • Same here except I would have crashed a while ago lol.

  • O yeaaa...I remember that one! I was lucky not to get breathalysed.

  • Eh... What landing?

  • Pilot's got wind shear and crosswinds going on, awesome job saving a lot of lives there, stick or no stick!

  • Why such a steep approach in the first place?

  • Probably just to get down to the runway

  • I'm surprised he didn't stall upon aborting.

  • There was a pretty extreme crosswind but what got the pilot right on flare was windshare, showen by sudden"wing dipping/ rocking" the plane did a go around and landed 5 minutes later, and I think that was the last arrival for the day to!

  • well done man, really well done! Must have been really scary for everyone in the jet...

  • and it a stick is safer than that colomn at boeing

instead of it there is useful table

and just think of the fly by wire sytem

  • No wonder, they fly those planes with a stick. Thats what puts me off airbus. The biggest passenger jet in the world (A380) and its flown by a stick.

  • Andy, if you really think about it the Boeing yokes are just a stick with extra handles on them :)

  • I would have given the pilot a pat on the back, to keep that from being a disaster.

  • A320 not A321

  • Its so simple, the wind changed direction a bit or it just slowed down causing the plane to be unbalance at the pilot couldnt land in such crosswind

  • I wouldn't call this "failure to land" so much as "success at avoiding a crash." Hard to say why he couldn't keep it level, but the winds may have been hard to cope with. It must have been pretty scary to be a passenger.

  • can anyone explain the failure of this aircraft to land during the crosswind?

  • Scary! What happened after that?
