If I remeber rightly,crabs lungs are known as "deadman's fingers" - that's what you remove before cooking a crab as they're deathly poisonous.

Please correct me if I'm wrong as I've been veggie since I was 7 years old (I live on the coast so am remembering stuff fishermen used to tell me when I was a kid).
