  • try with one hand...

  • one way to snap city

  • i think this bitch is training for a circus act, that's so stupid

  • Some people miss the benefits these exercises do for oneself, balance core strength and focus are just the few. A lot of people don't understand how focusing is a major part in any exercise, sport etc

  • HUUURDUURRDURDUUURRR LOOK AT ME!

  • She badass stronger then a guy with awesome balance very hot clip!

  • i´d facepalm so hard

  • FAWWRK!.. I was waiting for a faceplant :/

  • Pretty cool, but can be dangerous!

  • too risky..

  • You didn't have any rings...did you?

  • Why dont you try doing pushups on the ground?

  • Guarantee she loses her fingers when those plates fall inwards! #missingfingers

  • Nice job! you will like my new idea, check it out and see what you think.

  • @MrJfannin, you gotta be kidding me; YOU SOUND BEYOND UNEDUCATED,.. "Primary" and "Secondary" muscles,is probably what you meant, she is doing nothing but straining her back, that excercise is a one way ticket to an emergency room, its more for showing off rather than building anything, geeeezzzz..

  • Actually you uneducated wannabes who are bashing her, though it is slightly risky, she is working muscles normally not trained. Her core and her forearms have to constantly work to keep her stable. Those muscles called "stabilizers"(what a surprise) rarely get worked in traditional workouts.

  • and after this she runs along the edge of a 10 story building for cardio. Bothe are adding huge risks with little to no benefit.

  • ... shes a woman

  • you all just have to shut up, risk injury? driving a car is more dangerous than this, this is skills you idiots

  • Don't you guys realize she's made out of helium so she's holding those weights so she doesn't fly away.

  • just imagining those plates tipping over...ouch!

  • @brandonsmith666 yeah, broken nose, broken teeth, fractured wrists eek

  • good for the circus!

  • dengerus and idiot exercise

  • OOHHH,ESTO ESTA REALMENTE BUENO Y ESFORZADO,EXCELENTE,PERO CUIDADO CON SU COLUMNA.

  • Accident waiting to happen. lol

  • Worst case scenario.. your client fucks up doing this exercise.. you get sued and this video gets used to show that you failed in your duty of care, skill and diligence by recommending a very unsafe but super gung ho exercise.

Your business insurance looks at it and finds a way to weasel out of paying and suddenly you're personally liable for your client's medical bills..

  • I didn't think the bench was there when i saw this on the recommended videos. :(

  • its an isometric excerscise . Made for developing fast twitch muscles as well as ballance and stanima. they seemd to be done very carefully. , i think veryone hating is jellous.

  • last sec, she how her back is before she stands up, lifters, take care of your back after and before workouts, no other place in your life do you move so much weight, care!

other then that, she seems to have great form

  • LOLDOH

  • Why do that? Some idiot is gonna watch this vid (looking for new workouts) and think ''cool, i'll try this next time in the gym'' and he's gonna snap some shit up! I'm sick of these personal trainers trying to invent new exercises when there is nothing wrong with the simple ones. Bench press or push ups will give you the same result as this and a lesser risk of injury.

  • @MrLmfao1989 but this looks much more cooler :-/

  • @MrLmfao1989 Thank you!!

  • @MrLmfao1989 this uses your core and engages it a lot more than basic bench/push-ups, not even beginning to mention the additional stabilizers involved. Try something new and learn from it instead of bagging it whilst your sitting behind a keyboard. have a nice day.

  • @MrDarkDizzy Lol sure mate i'll give it a go and hope i don't break my neck.... Please, there are plenty of SAFE exercises that engage the core and bench press imo (and many other's) is the best exercise for chest. And btw 'have a nice day'??? that was cheesy.

  • this had the potential of ending so fucking bad. you're lucky it didn't lol

  • you know if you haven't heard, there's this workout called "push-ups" they're just as effective and you don't have to risk knocking your teeth out...

  • Basically trying to be innovative but just showing an awful example to people of how to injury yourself.

  • they allow her to dip further.

  • Push up bar or 2 dumbells

  • thats a pretty nice ass for a man

  • hardcore!

  • hey man you are going to snappppp! some shit up!

  • first i thought it was impressive but reading the comments made me relize its true why risk injury to do fancy pushups. So the point is everyone does stupid things but this one i won't do and ill remember it even though nothing happened to her

  • damn. the weight of those plates clearly made a massive difference to how effective that workout was :|

  • @Krumpetzz

Umm it actually works other parts of your arm quite a bit because you need more balance

  • @Krumpetzz i love how everyone is jealous that they cant do these, but there watching a girl do them

  • @john7990 Lol, it would not be that hard you know.

  • @Krumpetzz In fact, if you took sometime to leave your computer, the comfort of your own home and got your fat ass to a gym, you would realize that it is not necessarily the weight that made it harder more the size of the plate. Because the plates are heavier than say a 10lb plate, the plate is bigger, changing the angle at which your body's leverage is at making the exercise easier/ harder depending on what you are trying to achieve.

  • desiree u better get it!!

  • Try them this time on olympic weightlifting plates! :)

  • this is just unnecessarily stupid. why risk the injury?

  • @blueduderanch She got a mouthpiece while doing those, it's actually very good for balance.

  • @muscleartist90 a mouthpiece? so what? if she goes over shes going to break her whole face!

  • @blueduderanch - yes, why risk anything? should we all just stay in bed?

  • @jrm5369 its always worth taking in to account the risk factor compared with the benefit and this is not as helpful as it is much a risk. just get some push up bars. dont be an idiot.

  • Comment removed

  • @jrm5369 You must be tough and wrestle bears and lions in a pool full of sharks

  • @blueduderanch because she is badass

  • @blueduderanch I agree, there is absolutely no point in doing this rather than using something more stable.

  • I tried them with 10-lb plates. I could only do 1/2 a push-up before I gave up.

  • if that slips.. say goodbye to both of your wrists, elbows and possibly shoulders xD

  • @00000Milkshake you're so right lets all live in clear plastic domes and never experience anything because we might hurt ourselves

  • @icharuswing Yea but come on whats the point on risking crushing your hands and breaking your wrist to do a fancy push up when you can do this exercise in a much safer way. Dont come running back to mummy if it all goes wrong.

  • @bobhils for one thing i don't see how you could break your wrist, and as far as crushing your fingers is concerned that's pretty unlikely unless they're glued too the plates. furthermore mummy says stfu

  • @00000Milkshake haha

  • i bet these are tuff

  • I'm gonna try it, and I am probably going to hurt myself :)

  • Awesome balance and control.

  • I'm going to try this Thanks
