Let's get the facts right: the Poles gave the British and French what they knew about Enigma, but Dilly Knox had already been working on breaking Enigma for almost two years - the Poles information was one more piece in the puzzle. The Bombe machine was named after the Bomba but was light years ahead of it in the way it worked and that was Turing's design, the Poles had no input into it. The Poles failed to tell the French that they had broken Enigma in 1932, breaking the agreement they had!!

Let's get the facts right: The Poles gave British & French intelligence what they knew about Enigma in July 1939 but Dilly Knox (a great British codebreaker) had been working on Enigma for 2 years prior to that. The Poles' information simply supplied another piece in the puzzle that allowed Knox to break the military Enigma in Jan 1940. The Poles had been locked out in 1938 when the Germans changed the design! Turing's Bombe machine was light years ahead of the Polish Bomba in concept.

Not only enigma... Poles give Brits "Polish mine detector" for free. They used it first time on El alamein battle where it doubled allies speed in crossing mine fields. Poles defended British impire for Polish money (for all airs and weapons payed the Polish gouverment)... and after that Brits sold Us to Soviets who murdered Warsaw Uprising Insurgents as fascists, and members of Home Army who 5 years fought with Nazis. Britain was pushed aside at Yalta

and bad policy left us unprepared for the World war we should have been much better equipped to face.

Know that the sacrifice of Poles was taught in our
