But if they both moved on to new lives and such, why should that matter? A piece of paper shouldn't stop people from moving on with their lives. The worst thing about this film is that they made his character not have a GED when he does in the book. That really annoyed me but this is still the best film adaptation of any of Terry McMillan's books in my opinion.

I know some one ill like that and if he does too much (excitement, sparks in the brain) he will have a seizure. Over time you may be able to talk the person out of it by just talking to them to redirect the sparks in the brain back to where they need to be.
So many people are running thier mouths especially women when it comes to this movie like they are perfect.
Fact of the matter is Love conquers all he admitted to his failings and so did she and in order for him to be a complete man he had to do the hardest thing he has ever had to do in order to prove to himself his family and thier child that he was able to be that man. The worst thing about this film is that they made his character not have a GED when he does in the book. That really annoyed me but this is still the best film adaptation of any of Terry McMillan's books in my opinion.

that was really dumb of her not to tell him about her seizures. i wouldve been terrified if i were him, wouldve freaked and dialed 911, luckily he was apparently familiar with epilepsy alrdy. that's scary, cant imagine someone being alone and that happening, or driving or something.

@GuuffiiGuurl100 When people with epilepsy brain is overstimulated, they could have a seizure. She did so much that day that when her brain was trying to rest it just went out of control. I know some one ill like that and if he does too much (excitement, sparks in the brain) he will have a seizure. Over time you may be able to talk the person out of it by just talking to them to redirect the sparks in the brain back to where they need to be.

So many people are running thier mouths especially women when it comes to this movie like they are perfect.
Fact of the matter is Love conquers all he admitted to his failings and so did she and in order for him to be a complete man he had to do the hardest thing he has ever had to do in order to prove to himself his family and thier child that he was able to be that man. Relationships are hard but it takes time and effort to make it work. A man is a man regardless of his bank balance

i've seen this movie so many times. I think when you meet and get so emotionaly involve with a person in the begining it can be terrible. It is to much. If you see this movie you know it was the sex that was stronger than anything else. Even in the end they had to start all over.

Hey. I have to say this. BOTH sides were to blame for how their "relationship" ended. "Zora" started giving him the time of day, BECAUSE HE LOOKED GOOD! I think some of them can be that long because my grandmother is epileptic (she's been that way since birth) and when I was young and I would see her have them they would last longer than hers in the movie But everyone also doesn't jerk like that, they can have them in different ways, and with some people you have to put something in their mouths because they will bite their tongue or they will either have to get their teeth pulled And back then the medicine they had made you loose your hair
