I am the same I have went form 230 to 206 on phentermine and I had to go off the pill at 214 but stayed at the same weight. Started back and I have lost 8 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks:) keep up the good work.
@XoXoKarinaKGXoXo I quit taking the pills over a month ago and right now I'm at 197, I've stayed pretty much the same as when I quit the pills. I eat less still too :)
Hey I just got a presciprtion for this drug.....can you tell me what exercises you do? How much you eat a day?

Okay, If your going to cut portions, eat more often, If your working out your body will need more to sustain its self!
