Not really, the german word "Kaiser" exists since the Roman Republic became the Roman Empire. It was the word, which described the "Imperator" the declared ruler of Rome. It is a coincidence that the Greek letters are similar. Also Caesar wasn't Emperor he was Dictator for Life, and the word "Kaiser" only refers to the "Imperator" who came decades later.
I have never understood how our ancestor could live in such pseudo-country. It's good this "empire" failed, it's clear what nations are really worth exist only a Czechs and Slovaks are strong enough to drive their economies and build democracy after a 40 years of communism. In China, Cantonese kids are "forced" to learn Mandarin Chinese, even Cantonese Chinese that is the majority language in Southern China. In Catalonia, Spain, they are "forced" to learn Spanish, even though the majority in that area speak Catalonian. Same with Russia. Many ethnicities live in Russia. They are also "forced" to learn Russian. In Finland, they are "forced" because it is obligatory to learn Swedish there.

In 1885 they declared war upon newly formed Bulgaria but bulgarian soldiers were on the south because they expected the Ottomans to declare them war. The bulgarian army had to march 3.00 km for 3 days. When bulgarians beat the serbians out of their lands they slowly pushed into Serbia.They were on the march for Belgrade but Austro-Hungary saved them

So, Haydn is responsible for two national anthems: Germany and UK as well as for important songs of the past: national anthems of Imperial Germany and Austro-Hungarian empire, as well as for the US song: "My country 'tis of thee". In China, Cantonese kids are "forced" to learn Mandarin Chinese, even Cantonese Chinese that is the majority language in Southern China. In Catalonia, Spain, they are "forced" to learn Spanish, even though the majority in that area speak Catalonian. Same with Russia. Many ethnicities live in Russia. They are also "forced" to learn Russian. In Finland, they are "forced" because it is obligatory to learn Swedish there.

In 1885 they declared war upon newly formed Bulgaria but bulgarian soldiers were on the south because they expected the Ottomans to declare them war. The bulgarian army had to march 3.00 km for 3 days. When bulgarians beat the serbians out of their lands they slowly pushed into Serbia.They were on the march for Belgrade but Austro-Hungary saved them

@Barret13127 Horst Wessel's was the Nazi Party anthem but the state had the same anthem as the Germany today. I think Germany is Nazi even today, they just don't want to be seen or heard, but the actions are the words and the best picture.

So, Haydn is responsible for two national anthems: Germany and UK as well as for important songs of the past: national anthems of Imperial Germany and Austro-Hungarian empire, as well as for the US song: "My country 'tis of thee". Nice ! And who said that globalization is a process of 21-st century ?
