Oooooooooooh, Deb, it is so creepy! The thing I saw is just like the last photo, but much, much taller and skinnier. All black, - I didn't sense fur or clothing or hair. Just a skinny, tall black shape. Creepy. I looked for it tonight as I passed the same place.
I had to come and watch this one more time and it brought back that creepy feeling I had the night I saw whatever it was that I saw.
