Not at present, the only thing you could do to create a gravity-like effect is to spin the craft or module. The centrifugal force will cause objects to "gravitate" to the outer walls of the craft. However there are some complications in doing this, but it is possible.
Yeah thats right. Imagine yourself driving on a straight road. You're driving with a constant speed, but if you brake you will feel some enrgy forward. That's because you still have some force ahead. It's the same, when you turn, so if you move in a circle, it will make some kind of reversed gravity that goes outfrom the middle.
