Hard to say, probably AD marks and quints, Armor seals and mag resist glyphs!

Caitlyn os a fantastic range player....yordle snap trap is very useful in grass. Caitlyn and Sion in team are real killers.

I think the word you're looking for is 'Instructional defeat'. Also, you may wish to consider doing a commentary on strategy vs tactics. Riot's been shifting the game to the tactical side, but these guys just had a huge strategic advantage over you, and it still matters.

If that doesn't make any sense: Strategy is winning games before they even start, like at champion select. Zilean+Udyr is pretty sick, as you've seen. Tactics is about winning teamfights and positioning. Just a suggestion.
