This opening is a lot like the Miss America Pageant openings of the past. This is very professional and classy. To compete against 60 or 70 beautiful contestants and win is a huge accomplishment. Congrats Crystle Stewart.

Now I see why Southern contestants always do better in pageants. They get a lot more practice and experience on stage, plus their state pageants are a lot more professional.

I thought the production number was much too long.... I will say however, the camera work and editing is indeed excellent. To me the Miss Universe opening production number held in Trinidad & Tobago was the best ever.
