@PhatPhunk I dissagree, I think the american NES looks nicer than the famicom, but the super famiom looks WAY better than the SNES

I agree, but the thingI hated about the super famicom was that the cartridges have no uper labels like the american versions.

I wish I had the money to buy stuff again! The only real collecting I did was some random Fire Emblem merchandise, and that only lasted a few months--but man was it fun when the packages finally came ^^

Thanks bro! I was just too excited. I've never in my life held an original, legit Famicom prior to opening that package.. So it was a killer experience for me.. :) All we got back in those days were knock offs FC..

Ah this is so cool, I grew up on these older games even if my generation was the SNES. I actually have a Famicom. I don't know if it's the real deal though, my cousins from Hong Kong gave it to me. -_- It is fun though and plays the Famicom games

Ah, (yeah this is nesplayer94 on my other account) it's a brilliant console and probably my favorite one as well. You should probably go with either the Japanese Super Famicom or PAL version of the SNES because those are much better designed then the ones sold in the US. A lot more compact as well. Anyway, good luck with finding that console, it is well worth it, A lot of Great Games! =)
