I heard a feature on Shawn by NPR last night. They ended with the beginning of this song. I had a hard time driving. This is, IMO, the saddest country song ever written, sadder than Gram Parson's "$1000 Wedding." Best of luck to him, and thank God Nashville and the suits finally got something right.

Shawn Camp is an amazing singer/song writer..I had the pleasure to meet him in the early 90's..he is a very sweet guy..with an awesome voice!!!
