Google Picasa 2: video tutorial part 2

hi ...i wanna ask something,after using picasa will th quality of the photo be the same?or my photos quality will be lower even though at first my photo was one of 12megapixels?if anybody knows please tell me

@tsabikatsabika If you edit a jpeg photo in any software and then resave it as a jpeg it reduces the quality, whichever software you use. Picasa should be no different to any other in this regard. Just make sure you save at highest quality jpeg or TIFF.

@tsabikatsabika  Its hard to answer. It depends what you want. If you want something more than what you're getting with your compact that suggests you should get a DSLR, or one of the new micro system cameras from Olympus/Panasonic/Samsung/Sony­. Or maybe an advanced bridge camera. Depends what you want it for and how much you want to spend.
