  • At the thunderf00t part i think most people consider there pet as a family member so it would be like asking who would you save? A member of youre family or some asshole naber. I know what i would pick.

  • :) u tell em'

peace to you and R.I.P to your pooch.

  • Awesome video. I can't imagine what I'd do without my dog...

  • Can you add me and my bird who passed away[Mimi]

    thanx (:

  • It has been added. :)

  • You're going to run out of room soon.

  • I plan on taking full advantage of the room provided by over 5 minutes of video. :)

  • This really struck a tear duct with me. The saddest stories I ever hear always involve dogs. I'm a massive dog lover and since I moved out of my parent's house, our rhodesian ridgeback has had these fit spasms with the foaming mouth. It's easier to deal with because I rarely see him, so I can understand how awful this must be for youself.

Requiem for Flash, the most awesome cat I ever knew or owned.

  • I annotated a dedication for Flash.

And it's hard, but you know what? For all the years of love Buddy has provided, I'd gladly sit through hell for him. Literally.

  • Thanks. This is the first time I've seen my name anywhere else. It feels all warm and fuzzy!

  • wow looks like PCS followers and the god believers got to this video too, some good Christians they must be doing this kind of stuff.

This made me think about my dog Horton... he contracted rabies in its final stages and had to be put down :(

  • A dedication to Horton has been annotated.

And while it wasn't Venomfang followers who hit this video, they would probably agree with him and come up with some reason why I'm a heartless bastard who only loves dogs.

  • Hope all works out well here man but you do have to remember that these little guys simply don't live as long as us so with every purchase of a pet comes inevitable grief at some point...

I hope it's later rather than sooner in this case...!

  • My cat Tom, He died about 3 years ago. He was 19. He had diabetes during his last 9 months of his life. I still miss him sometimes but it took some time for me to let the whole grieving process take it course.

  • When he was younger he would climb my shoulder and climb in his cage on my arm. I put him on my shoulder for the last time a few days ago. He was three years old. I feel sorry for your loss.

  • I apologize for the confusion, but Buddy hasn't died yet. However, I appreciate your kindness and thoughtfulness. I've annotated a dedication for Jaws in the video. :)

  • Sorry. I hope Buddy gets better.

  • He's still alive? Wonderful...have you taken him to the vet yet?

  • My parents don't want to. They're afraid that the vet will recommend putting him down. They think it's best just to let him live out the remainder of his life as normal.

  • I still think it's worth a try and if she does say that, then let him live. I'm just trying to help. I mean, perhaps he has something that can be cured.

  • Oh, I don't agree with their decision, to be sure. I would like to take him to the vet. But technically they're the ones who own him, and I have no money to pay for such a visit, even if I were to defy their will and take him anyway.

He DOES seem to be getting better, though. When I visited him tonight he started dancing around me like he used to when he was younger. His breathing didn't seem labored anymore either. And believe me, I DO appreciate the suggestion, and agree with it. :)

  • kk, :) glad to hear it.

  • I know exactly what you're going through. My dog Punky passed away a few months ago. He had a seisure he couldn't get out off. He was already 11 years old and had been having seisures about once or twice a month. After he had an attack, it would take him a few minutes to recover. When we went to the vet, they gave us an injection for him, that we should use if he couldn't get out of the seisure after 5 minutes. Unfortunately, it didn't work for him, but I hope it might be useful for you.

  • Thank you for your support, and I'm sorry about Punky. I've annotated a dedication to him as well.

If I can convince my parents to take him to the vet, I'll tell them to ask about that option. :)

  • My last labrador, Chad, got arthritis in his back legs, his life was over. He was a very active dog his whole life who I loved a lot. But towards the end he couldn't even get up the stairs. He was doing the toilet in the house, losing control. Finally we took him to the vet and the vet said to us: "its so refreshing to see owners who care enough to bring their pet at the right time, not leave it too late"

You have to put your pet first. How should a dog's life be? Hope this helped!

  • I think it did, Pammy. I'll annotate a dedication to Chad in a jiffy.

  • Oh thank you :) He was an amazing dog. About 3 years after he passed we finally were ready for our new lab puppy. Wev had her about a year now and she is completely nuts!

No dog will ever replace Chad, but I love this new puppy in a different way. No matter how hard it is when the time comes always remember it gets better :)

  • You're absolutely right, you know. Buddy is irreplaceable, but when I have a true dog of my own (meaning one I "own" *though I've never thought of a pet as property, more a companion and family member* and have to myself) I'm sure he or she will be just as much of a source of absolute joy in my life.

I used to daydream that when I grew up, I would take Buddy into my home myself and take care of him in his old age.

  • It wasn't an easy decision it took a year of Chad progressively getting worse to take the decision on but it was the right one. It was tough after it, it still is. I still wish Chad was here.

As bad as it is, u do compare because our new labrador is soooo different in personality. It was strange at first but you get there as long as you have time to greive first.

    You'l do fine =)

  • Sorry to hear about your dog dying. I feel the same way you do since I recently had a pet rat die. His name was Jaws. He was adopted from a pet store. When I first got him he bit me and other people because he was scared. Then I trained him and he got used to me. We have been friends since then. I would go to his cage everyday and pet him. The last few months were bad for him and still took care of him. A few days ago he got real sick and died. I cried when I saw his body in his cage.cont

  • Fuck, you got me crying about my old dog..

pls add an annotation for my old dog, coco.

    many thanks

    A+S.

  • Consider it done, A+S. :)

  • thanks so much

  • The values in the bible are hate and violence and bigotry.

  • thanks dude, i did worry that you might not see my comment because of that prick voting down everyones comments, who the fuck is sad enough to votebot a video like this one.

  • I learned an invaluable trick from Thunderf00t: turn off comment voting and the comments come back. :)

And whoever they are, it's over now. I'm glad for it, too.

Although I've noticed that the new stupid comment system from Youtube means you can never see all the comments anymore. Older ones disappear permanently.

  • Will have to remeber tha about comments and the like also, gratz.

  • 5 stars mate...

  • Why is this video at 3 stars?

    WTF is wrong with ppl?

  • I've been attacked constantly by a gang of trolls from EBaumsworld known as SIQUD. They have a bunch of sock accounts, they've flooded my videos with dozens of one star votes before. It's the only reason any of my recent videos have such low ratings.

  • I do not know what is going on between you and shawn, but i hope you guys patch things up because it is the children and the dogs who pay over the fight of who is right or wrong. Peace

  • Shawn, otherwise known as Venomfangx, is the guy in the first clip and the voice at the end of the second clip. He's known for making categorically wrong statements and contradicting himself. This was just another example of his hypocrisy and lack of empathy.

  • thanx

  • What absolute fucktard pitiful excuse for something vaguely resembling human did this to your video? That's it. I'm going to mention this and see if I can't help get the damage reversed because this is just sick. Of all possible videos it had to be on this one. And no way is it coincidence that Shawn was mentioned either. Shawn's hardcore fans have proven you right Doug, they don't possess the ability let alone understanding to love.

  • It wasn't Venom's lackeys, Alex. It WAS a bunch of fucktards though. They're a group of trolls, a collective known as "Siqud." They've been attacking me for months now, they have a legion of sock accounts they use for attacks like this. Note the comments below Welshsceptic's.

  • Ah ok.

  • However, I appreciate your efforts to help me on this. I was enraged when I woke up this morning and found out what they did. It's literally the first time they've gotten me angry, because this is probably the most important video I've ever made.

  • No problem. At the same time it makes sense: they attack when you're at your most vulnerable.

  • Yeah, I know. That's just the problem. Doesn't make it any less sickening that there are people who have such blatant disregard for human decency.

  • Yeah.

  • Cant believe someone went throuh the trouble of vote boting this video.

5* Favourited, my dog Rocky died the other week, 14 years old had him since he was a puppy.

  • WHAT A WHINY LITTLE BlTCH. YOU ARE THE MOST EFFEMlNATE HIGH SCHOOL NERD I'VE EVER SEEN. l CAN'T BELIEVE YOU FUCKING CRIED LIKE A LITTLE GIRL OVER A FUCKING DOG. WAS HE YOUR ONLY FRIEND OR SOMETHlNG? YOU MUST NEED A MAXl PAD TO SOAK UP ALL OF YOUR TEARS. BUDDY DlIDN'T LOVE YOU ANYWAY, IT WAS ALL IN YOUR HEAD YOU FUCKING REJECT.

  • oh how incredibly masculin you are, CantBlockSIQUD, the caplocks immediately show what a tough guy you are, a tough guy like the ones who start crying when their playstation is broken...

i bet you get an orgasm each time you create another sock account, you must feel oh so powerful...

go and know yourself (in the biblical sense)!

@thelastholdout: fived and fav'd, i know exactly what you're going through, your video has the one thing you'd never find in a creationist one: honesty...

  • BUDDY DIDN'T BELlEVE IN GOD, BUDDY IS BURNING IN HELL NOW.

  • I've had a lot of pets that died. We have 5 cats now and for awhile, they were having kittens, and for some reason, they kepy dying at one point. So really, I don't have enough room to put there names, but thought I shoudls ay something. Also, we lost my moms dog not to long ago, so it really pisses me off when ppl seem to be so uncaring for animals and stuff, like shawn and ray was.

  • Dude, I know exactly how you feel. I came really close to losing my dog Ginger just a few weeks ago. She came through OK, but there was a very strong chance that she could have died. Whatever happens next for Buddy, you should try to remember that you've been good family to him, and that he lived his life knowing that he was loved.

Good luck to both of you.

  • My dog Dave is only 3 years old, and I already know how you feel, I don't know what I will do when he eventually does die... He is one of my best friends.

  • That's the thing, is that a dog's love is unconditional. He/she doesn't care how you look or how much money you make. He's there for you no matter what.

  • i feel your pain mate My dog died recently 5 stared for Buddy and my Sasha

  • You gave me an idea, alien. I annotated a dedication to Sasha. I'm also inviting anyone who's lost a pet to put their name in the comments so I can do the same for them. :)

  • thanks dude your a rock star

  • 5 starred for Buddy!

Just for the record, PCS actually showed in a couple of his videos to have a cat.

I also have a dog who is about the age of Buddy. Last winter, when it rained he got wet and as a result got very sick(Could hardly move his hind legs), so we had to get him home, which we usually don't do. He's so old he can hardly enter his kennel, where he usually went when it's raining, so we might have to keep him in this winter as well.

  • PCS has a cat? Shock. So my more charitable explanation goes out the window, and he really is incapable of love.

And I hope your dog makes it through the winter, Akatam. And I'll set aside some time to reply to the email you sent me tonight. :)

  • he is so adorable. i hope buddy lives another 90 years!

  • I am so sorry that Buddy is sick. I honestly hope he gets better.

    Good Luck, BUDDY!

  • This really got me going... I keep thinking about what I'd do if my dog died. He's only 8 months old now, but is a big part of my life... even if he bugs me by taking up almost the whole bed! :)

anyway, screw PCS1... he knows nothing of love or compassion.

  • In a few years you'd miss him if he decided not to sleep on the bed. :)

And I think you're right, Tattoo. It explains why he has to fill up his life with "love" for everyone.

  • It must've been my voice. I was struggling not to cry, especially when I related what happened on Saturday night. Nothing like the crocodile tears PCS has at the beginning of the video.

Anyway, thank you for your sympathy. It shows you're more human than anyone who agrees with PCS. :)
