His argument is you are not divers so you do not understand. He is fucking around on his wife and his business is bleeding cash. This bad luck just is not possible. To many coincidences.
this trial was definitely biased. the jury found him guilty for having an affair not based on conclusive evidence or lack thereof. i hate men who betray their spouse`s trust with passion, but i didnt know the jury have to rely on personal feelings rather than facts when deciding. this appeal will be successful, i have no doubt, unless there is interference.
the fact that the judge didnt allow the air-usage log of shelley into the trial is very questionable. he basically didnt allow the defense to counter the claim of the prosection. what kind of a trial is that? also, having been personally involved in a situation where a woman dies in front of her husband, i know failure to continue CPR, or giving up too early DOES NOT indicate guilt or intent to cause death. neither does failure to openly grief, particularly given this guy`s past.
Why would the judge not allow the psychologist in and also the defense that the amount of air his wife had used was not correct? I dont want to defend a guilty man, but that in my mind enables the judge to almost setup a guilty conviction
I'm a very cynical person, but this is one of those cases where, try as the media might to build a mystery/sensation around him, I just don't think David did it. There is a thousand little reasons, but the main reason is just a gut feeling. I could be wrong, of course. I just don't feel like I am.

His mother was killed too. Interesting - that needs to be investigated further.
