  • Yes you are right. This video was recorded in Ponce, Puerto Rico where I was born and raised. I was working out with my friend Joseph the one you see in this video standing on my back.

  • very strong indeed. even very strong bench pressers would have trouble doing this. you my friend have a very impressive core. example i have a decent bench around 3 plates... i tried doing a pushup with my 140lb wife on my back and it was more work then my 1RM bench press. because my abs failed first. bravo to you bro!! keep training and keep that positive outlook.

  • I appreciate the comment and thank you for watching. I agree with you on that, it is harder to do push ups with someone standing on your back than bench press. But Bench Press is also a great Chest Workout. I never stop working out, but it has been a while since I haven't uploaded any of my new workout videos. Again thank you for watching and keep working out. Practice and hard work makes you stronger. Anyone can do this by working out hard.

  • That's amazing! I've seen pushups with a person on top, but never with so much weight, and never 10 pushups, just 2 or 3 max.

But of course I never stop working out. I just did an insane Abdominal Routine before getting online today and replying to your message. Again, thank you for watching.

  • I can't say I am the only one who can do this. There is a lot of strong people out there too. But of course it takes dedication to build strenght. Thank you so much for your comment and thank you for watching. I upload my videos to motivate people to get off their couch or to stop playing video games and do some workout. I mean it is good to relax sometimes but it is not good to be lazy. Working out is not only for bodybuilding, it is for GOOD HEALTH.

  • id make him take his shoes off and put some clean socks on first before trying that, the bottom of shoes are nasty. (i got mild OCD)

    great job though, id like to work up to doing that sometime. (only can do ~20 pounds so far)

  • Yes I could have someone heavier on my back. I can still bench 500 LBS and give it 4 good reps alone the 5th rep with assistance from a spotter.  Thank you for your comment. God bless.

  • I can bench 500 LBS 10 Reps. That is my max strenght. But I can train harder and lift more. Determination means getting stronger. Thanks for the comment.

  • That's very impressive. I'm 19 right now and I could only do 25 push ups in a row. How long do you think I can reach 100 push ups in a row? Should I do them everyday? You're very strong; I saw your 190 push ups in a row video too.

  • depends on how much you do per day. If you do multiple sets (5ish) and constantly increase your reps I'd say do them 3-4 times a week. I was doing push ups 3 times a week and getting maybe 140 on those days.

  • Awesome man! Nice. Ive been trying to add weight to my pushups but only way I can think of is a weight vest, but they never get that heavy. Is there a way to put dumb bells on your back? haha I have to find someone to jump on my back to work like this.
