very strong indeed. even very strong bench pressers would have trouble doing this. you my friend have a very impressive core. example i have a decent bench around 3 plates... i tried doing a pushup with my 140lb wife on my back and it was more work then my 1RM bench press. because my abs failed first. bravo to you bro!! keep training and keep that positive outlook.

depends on how much you do per day. If you do multiple sets (5ish) and constantly increase your reps I'd say do them 3-4 times a week. I was doing push ups 3 times a week and getting maybe 140 on those days.
Awesome man! Nice. Ive been trying to add weight to my pushups but only way I can think of is a weight vest, but they never get that heavy. Is there a way to put dumb bells on your back? haha I have to find someone to jump on my back to work like this.
