@wataki2 I believe at the high setting of any microwave the milk would scald and the egg would coagulate. Not sure how well coagulation would go over in this particular recipe.

@some5672 I know the reply is a little late, but you could attempt substituting apple sauce for the oil. Brownies do not absolutely require oil; butter also works. Do not, however, simply cut out the oil without substituting - disaster! Possibly would end up with a dry puck of sadness.
