Thanks! Nica says to punch straight up and high and to bend your knees slightly with feet together when you land (with your arms straight forward)...nica's own words :) LOL!

I'm not sure who you're referring too. I'm definitely not white, lol, and yes, this is my first time to see US National Championships live. We were also surrounded by teenagers from San Jose who you could hear screaming in the background.
