do the blessed herbs..it is very good! Also, when in shower, if you have a shower hose, remove the head and stick the water up your ass..it will fill the bowl..run to the toilet and repeat until clean.

Not sure if you are being funny or not but someone could probably benefit from your comment. lol. I'm about ready to do the blessed Herbs again...I do have the whole enema kit should I ever attempt that again :) Probably should!

Thank you, and good to know! It's been about 8 mo for me since the Blessed Herbs so I'll be looking for those great results (it was amazing the first time). And, I haven't been eating good lately (vegetarian, with lots of pizza) I'll check out the GB flush here shortly, thanks again!
