Irregardless of how French speaking people in Canada may feel, which you are correct on, what is clear is Cheney was always out for himself and his business partners. He clearly represented the interests of the military industrial complex (hence the blood on his teeth comment) and never passed the savings onto the American people when his friends gained access to middle eastern resources.

It is a tough one to prove but it just doesn't look good with Bush being formerly employed with Arbusto, Spectrum 7, Bush Exploration, and another company I can't remember and with Cheney's connection with Carlyle, it at least gives the impression of a conflict of interest when private companies, lots of privately owned companies, can make so much money off of war and considering my theories have played out in eastern countries and in South America.
