I am slightly confused by this video. I recently bougt the Felxbar because of "Tennis Elbow" in my right arm. I am a sign language Interpreter and this is the #1 repetative motion injury we suffer from.
Katie - you say to hold the flex bar, thumb up with the injured (involved) arm. The instruction manual that came with the flex bar says exactly the oppisite - to hold the NON-involved arm thumb up at the base of the bar.
