as he couldn't clear his skid plate on two attempts, he took the risk clearing it with his front wheel in the air, setting up the misalignment to the left of the crown of the tube. slid off to the left and with no front wheel grip, no amount of brake would have helped and could have made a worse crash. give him a break with the brake thing.

lets face it, it really isnt because he " forgot to apply the breaks" that raga failed was it, it was because he didnt line up correctly and slipped of the side. and by the way "breaks" is spelt brakes.
