@elgh33 The green and yellow "Team Lotus" team is owned by Tony Fernandes, who owns the right to use the Lotus name but has no affiliation with the car maker. Group Lotus (who own the Lotus company that produces road cars) sponsors Renault F1, and thus the team will be named Lotus-Renault, and will run the historic black and gold livery. Group Lotus don't want Tony Fernandes running a team using the historic "Team Lotus" name, which he bought from David Hunt, brother of legendary James Hunt.
