It's a nice sounding song but as far as "Jesus remembering me", that was a quote taken from the thief on the cross who, at the last minute, accepted and received Christ.
Today, we Christians LIVE daily in Christ. He will NEVER leave us or forsake us. He is ALWAYS with us, even unto the end of the age.

This is beautiful. Consider that "remember" also means "to take or bring to himself," not that we fear he will forget us.
