How about a prize for kicking lazy ass professors in their pussies for not teaching right. where he has managed to teach every concept inside and out in less then ten you tube minutes.
Why does gas escape from balloons with such fervor if the the atmosphere you exhale in to the balloon is roughly the same composition as the atomsphere around the balloon?
i had been sick for several weeks and missed practically everything about thermodynamics due to having my brain juices temporarily replaced with mucus. thank you for saving my school grades.
Little m would be milli. But when it's written "mbps" it means megabytes per second, generally. I don't know of any speed that has a "b" in it. So, I assume it's megabytes per second.
I don't really do this, because I respect people's opinions, but why are there dislikes? This guy takes out some of his own time to do this... I don't even think there were ads. And look, he took the effort to make those "interactive transcripts (button next to the flagging button". What's there to lose?
Hey Sal, I think you should specify that Boyle's law (pV = constant) is only a special case of the ideal gas law (pV = nRT), that is, it only applies for ideal gases at constant temperature!
yeah, yeah... last year i leard from ur videos to the exam and befor it I asked my teahcer a question about the notes I meade during watching the videos and GUESS WHAT? it was all redicously WRONG! :D
@mondaymorninbongtoke Watching videos is just the first step to learning. The next step is to actually apply what you've seen. In this case, you need to go and do some examples yourself, and solve the equations for different systems. You can easily fool yourself into thinking you know a subject just because you saw someone else do it.
Yeah, when you heat an object the molecules then vibrate you know, and then there is kinetic energy because. Kinetic Energy = 1/2 mv^2 , where m is mass and v for speed so if you increase the heat the molecules will vibrate more which will increase the Kinetic energy because of faster movement.
Amazing, a lot of students would be very happy to have you as a professor. everyday 5 stars!!! i will recomend your videos to my mechanic profesor in order to get more simple xplanations in classroom.
very interesting thanks

Absolute pressure/Pa times volume/m^3 = N times k (boltzmann constant 1.38 10^-23) times absolute temperature/kelvin
where N is number of molecules or since k = R / Avogadrian constant
PV=nRT
where n is number of moles

Pig560 1 year ago
@Pig560 maybe the air pressure relased moves the air monocules
wasd231 1 year ago
@Pig560
The energy from the balloon burst is transferred to the air which causes the air to vibrate at a certain frequency. It's why any sounds occur.
